The Principals at Benchmark Development Advisors come from a range of complementary backgrounds related to the Real Estate Industry.
Ned Allen focuses on construction and product development. Ned’s education was in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Cornell University. In the 1980s he developed the largest manufactured housing community company in Florida. In the 1990s he was a director of the largest manufactured housing REIT in the United States, Chateau Communities.
Dick Dickinson is responsible for planning and design. With a background in land planning and design, his experience comes from within 30 years of design management with one of the largest firms in the United States. In recent years, his experience has focused on conservation-based communities bringing new technologies to the forefront of planning and design.
Wayne Cunningham will be responsible for marketing including marketing support for developers interested in the implementation Benchmark’s products. Over the last thirty years he has created sound advertising campaigns, sales promotion and marketing programs for developers up and down the Atlantic coast and inland to the Midwest. Wayne follows a philosophy of beginning with the right strategy, design for today's buyer profile, and follow that strategy tenaciously. ”Today's prospective buyers don' t have the time to figure out what you're trying to communicate”.
